Togo NGO Consultation

In December 2015, MCC's Board of Directors selected Togo as eligible to develop a threshold program. This consultation is an opportunity for the development community to learn about the program's potential projects in the ICT and agriculture sectors, and discuss continued engagement. As a learning institution, MCC welcomes insights from the development community through these consultations.
