Côte d'Ivoire Investment Forum

Investors gathered to hear about business opporunities in Côte d'Ivoire at this event organized by the Ivorian Investment Promotion Agency (CEPICI) in partnership with the Côte d'Ivoire National Committee for the Development of the MCC Compact Program (CNPC), Overseas Private Iinvestment Corporation, and the Embassy of Côte d'Ivoire in the U.S. This high-level investment forum featured participants from the public and private sectors, including representatives of the Government of Côte d'Ivoire, current American investors, domestic enterprises, and industry associations seeking new opportunities in Côte d'Ivoire. 

David Weld, MCC Country Team Lead for Côte d'Ivoire participated in a panel discussion on economic and trade relations between Côte d'Ivoire and the United States, and presented an overview of the development of MCC's Côte d'Ivoire Compact.

This event provideed the opportunity to:

• Create strategic partnerships and expand networks through business to business meetings. 
• Have direct meetings between policy makers at the ministerial level. 
• Learn about the investment environment in Côte d'Ivoire.
