The Millennium Challenge Corporation's Board of Directors holds its quarterly meeting to discuss the Sri Lanka Proposed Compact and to hear an update from MCC.
MCC and the Government of Nepal signed a five-year compact designed to improve the availability of electricity and increase road maintenance to advance connectivity, drive growth, and lay a strong foundation for new investments.
MCC’s quarterly town hall will provide a read out of the March Board of Directors meeting and an update on current compact operations in Europe, Asia, the Pacific, Latin America, and Africa. This event is open to the public.
On July 26, 2013, in a signing ceremony at the Parliament Library in Tbilisi, Georgia, MCC signed a compact with Georgia to improve the quality of education in the science, technology, engineering and math fields.
