New Chief of Staff Joins MCC Team

New MCC Chief of Staff Keri Lowry with MCC CEO Alice Albright

WASHINGTON (Oct. 12, 2022) – Today, the Millennium Challenge Corporation’s (MCC) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Alice Albright welcomed Keri Lowry as the agency’s new Chief of Staff.

“I am very excited to welcome Keri to the MCC team,” said Albright. “She has a wealth of leadership experience in government, international affairs and in international development. As MCC works toward its most productive year ever, Keri will be a valuable addition to our team of exceptional development professionals working to reduce global poverty.”

As the Chief of Staff, Lowry supports the management of the agency’s administrative programs, ensures the CEO’s priorities are implemented across MCC’s operations, and provides strategic guidance and support.

Lowry has more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Most recently, she served as Associate Director of National Security and International Affairs at the consulting firm Guidehouse. Prior to joining Guidehouse, Lowry served extensively across the U.S. government, working most recently as the Director of Government Affairs and External Relations at the National Commission on Military, National, and Public Service; Deputy Assistant Secretary of State at the Department of State; and Regional Director for Asia, Europe, Middle East, and North Africa at the U.S. Peace Corps.

Lowry is a board member of the Women’s Foreign Policy Group, The Children’s Guild Alliance, and the Peace Corps Advisory Council of the Future.
