A child decorates holiday cookies during an activity organized by Fresa and another women-led business, specializing in sweets. After the success of the cookie decoration class, Fresa hosted a full day of making and decorating cookies with students, teachers, and parents. The cookies decorated the school Christmas tree and students took them home to decorate their family trees and festive tables.

Driven by a passion for healthy food and nutrition, Edis Agani and Albina Duraku founded Fresa SHPK in 2017, a business that provides catering and food services for multiple schools and hospitals across Kosovo, with a focus on natural ingredients and nutritional balance. Edis and Albina have been participating in an MCC-supported intensive, six-month coaching and mentoring program for a cohort of 20 women entrepreneurs from Kosovo.
