Global Voices of Women Leaders - Harnessing the Power of You

In this session of the 2023 Women in Global Development Leadership Forum, MCC Vice President Aysha House moderated a discussion with women leaders from MCC partner organizations in Morocco, Nepal, and Sierra Leone. Through an engaging dialogue, this session explored each participant’s journey as a leader and how their work has impacted the lives of thousands of people in their respective countries. The session covered the experiences that formed their leadership skills, including the political and cultural challenges they’ve faced, and how they have successfully met the moment and become stronger and more inclusive leaders in their respective organizations.
